Baby Berry #3!

Yes, I'm pregnant! Currently I'm 13 weeks and finally decided it was time to fully share the news. After finishing college and Josh soon to graduate as well (May 2011!), becoming baby hungry was finally a possibility. After much thought, late night talks, and fervent prayer, we finally felt like it was time for another little Berry to join our Berry Patch. We decided that August would be the earliest we would want a little one and much to our surprise...I'm due August 14! I just could not wait to take a pregnancy test so I took one a little early fully expecting a negative result. I woke up at 3:00 a.m. for a potty break and saw that box sitting out and thought what the heck. Within a minute that faint second line started to show. I squealed and ran into the bedroom shouting, "Josh! Josh! Guess what?!" He rolled over and said, "You're pregnant." The next morning he showed the appropriate amount of excitement once he was well rested :) We told my mom's family at Christmas. When Jozlyn went to sit on Santa's knee, she told him she wanted a baby brother. Everyone started to laugh until I told them it was a possibility. To tell my dad and in-laws I wrapped up a bib that said, "I love Grandma" and a baby bottle filled with m & m's. I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks and got to see my little Berry. I need to get my hands on a scanner to show he/she off. I just passed my 12 week appointment so I'm out in the clear, and Baby Berry is nice and snug in my belly. We are so happy we can barely stand it! I already have too many funny pregnancy stories that I'll have to list in another post. For now, here are some pics.

The 3:00 a.m. positive pregnancy test. You can't really see the line but oh well.

Three positives! There's no denying Baby Berry is on its way!

Yes, I'm already that big!

Back to School 2010

Heber City Railroad

During our vacation in Midway, Utah, we were able to go on the Heber City Railroad. To say it was beautiful would be an understatement. The train runs on an old track into the mountains of Heber City. While enjoying the view out train was robbed! Yikes!

Summer Vaca to Midway Utah

This last summer my dad and step-mom took our family on a trip to Midway, Utah. It's a quaint little village next to Heber City. The whole town is modeled after a German Folk town. The Resort where we stayed was called the Zermatt. It had a carousel, a giant chess board, goats to feed, and an awesome swimming pool. We stopped at Lagoon and shopped the outlets in Park City on our way there. We also went to Heber City and Utah's Hogle Zoo on the way home. I can't remember a time when the kids had so much fun!

Friend Time

My friend Whitney and her husband Tyson came with us to hike to lower Palisades Lakes. We stayed at my dad's cabin and basically acted like kids all night. It was too much fun!

5k with Teton Peaks

So a bunch of kids from Teton Peaks, the residential treatment center unit where I work, wanted to run a 5k this summer. Josh and I signed up to run with them. It was a blast and we had great weather. Josh ran slow and stayed by me the whole time, Whatta guy! We were all on team Roadkill.

Mesa Falls

We took the girls to Mesa Falls and Island Park for the day back in August. Josh actually proposed to me at Mesa Falls over 8 years ago! We have never been back there since then and I figured it was about time. I'm continually astonished at the beauty all around us.
